• The box office is located at The Beacham entrance 46 N Orange Ave - please ring doorbell upon arrival.
• Box Office Hours are Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, can be subject to change. Feel free to call or text (407) 839-1847 before visiting our box office in person . 
• You can avoid online fees by purchasing tickets through our box office. Please note there is still a credit card processing fee applied. 
• Refunds for canceled shows are automatic, please allow up to 15 business days to see this reflected. If you paid for tickets in cash, you will need to return to the box office with your order confirmation to receive a refund. 
• We can not hold tickets nor can tickets be purchased over the phone.

Small bags and purses are allowed. No Backpacks, large bags, and oversized purses/totes are not permitted. All persons and bags will be searched prior to entry. NO WEAPONS OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. 

All shows will be marked either 12+, 18+, or 21+. You must be 21+ with a valid [UNEXPIRED AND SCANNABLE] form of identification present to drink. If you have questions about bringing someone under the age of 12 years old please email info@foundation-presents.com for approval. 

Yes, our venue is at street level and we have wheelchair accessible restrooms. Please note the balcony and Sky Box in The Beacham are only accessible via stairs, there is not elevator. Please skip the line and come to the front entrance if you need any accommodations. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call, text (407) 839-1847 or email info@foundation-presents.com ahead of time so our team can better assist you. 

We currently do not have any food available, but if you purchase food from around the corner at Planet Pizza you are able to bring it inside.

Seating arrangements vary form show to show, when we do have seating it’s first come, first sat. We will sometimes have VIP seating available for purchase, contact (407) 839-1847 for more information on a specific show. We always have ADA seating available.

Yes, they are $2 a pair and available for purchase at the door.

Photo/media passes are up to the artist discretion and you will need to get approval from the artist or artist management firstly to be allowed a photo pass and entry with a professional camera.
